To return or exchange your item, please send an email to hi@tytyworld.com quoting your order number and the reason for return/exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. With the exception of damaged or incorrect items, we kindly ask that return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Once you've unboxed your package, the following components are recyclable:

• Shipping box
• Paper packaging tape
• Packing cardboard
• Envelope and enclosed paperwork

The following components are not recyclable:

• The adhesive strip on the box which will need to be cut off prior to recycling
• The small wax seal on the envelope containing your receipt

We don't use any plastics in our packaging.

Developing and manufacturing products is an environmental responsibility we don't take lightly. All of our pieces are produced locally in London in batches of 10 or less and we even transport stock by London Underground where possible—so there’s a chance your garments have already seen the sights!
